Introduction of the development
HWH-1750SC hot plate machine, the models ending with "SC" as the suffix are the latest type of hot plate machine with rack and pears as the transmission mode. Introduction of the whole machine
HWH-1750SC hot plate machine is mainly composed of main frame, upper and lower moving plate assembly, into the heat reduction mold assembly, outer frame assembly, lifting movable door assembly, pneumatic components, electrical components. The main frame is made of the left and right frames and the upper and lower frames respectively by square welding, and the base frame is assembled with the left and right frames and the upper frames. The up and down moving template is driven by the servo motor to drive the gear and rack to drive the up and down opening and closing movement, and drive the up and down fixtures at the same time. The servo motor drives the rack and pinion to drive the hot mold to move horizontally on the guide rail. The electrical control adopts programmable PLC and man-machine interface operation panel to realize the automatic control and humanized design of the machine.
