Introduction of the whole machine

    HWH-1020 hot plate machine is mainly composed of chassis, upper and lower mold assembly, into the deheat mold assembly,mold assembly, lifting movable door assembly, pneumatic components, electrical components. The bottom frame is assembled by channel steel welding. The bottom plate sits horizontally on the plane of the bottom frame, and four guide columns support the roof. The up and down moving template is driven by the large cylinder to open and close the upper and lower fixtures. The hot die cylinder pushes the hot die forward and backward horizontally on the guide rail. The electrical control adopts programmable PLC and man-machine interface operation panel to realize the automatic control and humanized design of the machine.

Welding principle

    Hot plate type plastic welding machine is to melt the upper and lower parts of the workpiece by heating the hot plate, and then press the upper and lower parts together. After curing, the upper and lower parts of the plastic are fused together.

Transmission mechanism

    HWH-1020 machine adopts man-machine interface with PLC control, through pneumatic components to execute all actions. After the air source passes through the air source triplet on the top of the machine, it directly enters the air storage tank on the top of the machine, and then it is distributed to the pneumatic components by the air storage tank.

Functional description

    1. The three-axis is driven by cylinder, and the hot plate is driven by the back swing arm.

    2, PLC, man-machine interface (7 inches) using Mitsubishi brand

    3. Pneumatic parts mainly adopt SMC brand. The brand of electrical plug is Winsten.

    4. Fast loading and unloading mold at the back end of the equipment. The roof is equipped with gas storage irrigation.

    5. Mold clamping cylinder control air path: 2 on the upper die, 3 boards on the lower die; True air route: 2 routes of upper mould, using vacuum pump.

    6, the middle die reserved heat extraction function, with a vacuum generator.

    7, the upper and lower mold gas plug automatic quick connection, with mold identification function (8 kinds)

    8, 12 sets of temperature control, temperature control module PID control (up and down a total of 12 sets), each group of heating pipe equipped with current monitoring.

Scope of application

    Suitable for hot plate welding of two plastic plastic parts (especially for the outer cover of car lights).
