The profile
This equipment is installed on the upper and lower fixture on the thermal plasticity plastic plastic parts to apply pressure, while through the upper product left and right linear vibration, so that the contact parts between the glue parts instantaneous friction heat and melting, to achieve the best melting state to stop vibration, and pressure cooling to achieve product fusion effect. Vibration friction welding mode, can process ultrasonic, hot plate welding, rotary welding and other methods can not be processed products. It can also quickly and accurately weld the workpiece with large size and special material, so that the welding strength can be similar to the strength of raw materials.

Characteristics of vibration friction welding machine
- Display (touch screen) and control
1) There are three languages to display the picture: Korean, English and Chinese. Operator optional.(Other languages - to be set)
The use of high resolution TFT256 color display, melting relay, amplitude, welding depth and other stage parameters in the same picture for real-time monitoring.
2) Product processing data can be stored (SPC), and the graphics displayed on the screen can be printed.
3) The necessary welding conditions (depth, time, melting relay, amplitude and resonance value) can be sorted and named according to product classification, so as to facilitate the retrieving of data during reprocessing in the future [see 7-8-1].
4) The action position of each part can be set on the screen, and the position can be adjusted quickly. In case of failure, the content will be displayed on the screen so that timely measures can be taken.
5) Frofibus-DP mode is adopted to realize high-speed data transmission (12Mbps) between machines.
6) Proportional control PID mode to keep the pressure output stable.
- AMP of vibrator
* Vibration energy is output through the proportional control loop to drive the magnet.
* After the fixture is replaced, the resonant frequency is obtained through the automatic frequency adjustment function [Refer to 7-4-1].
* The amplitude is kept stable by proportional PI control.
* With too low/too high amplitude alarm function.
* Vibration output frequency range is 210~260 Hz.

* As a device to convert electrical energy into mechanical motion (left and right - straight line), it is equipped with special electromagnet and vibrating spring.
* After the motion generated by the electric energy is over, the vibration device will be instantly restored to its original position by using the restoring force of the spring.
