Pneumatic hot riveting machine

1.Heat probe in home position, when operator put the plastic and metals in fixture.

2.Heat probe fast descend to close the plastic

3.Heat probe descend to the plastic slow speed, it melt the plastic and move down slowly.

4.Form the plastic as a mushroom shape with low speed and keep in preset position.

5.After seconds, air blow to curing plastic. Prevent the edge of plastic peel up while heat probe rise up.

6.Air blow for seconds to cool down the plastic.
