HWH-500 series hot plate welding machine independently developed by Hanwei Ultrasonics is used for welding materials with thermoplastic properties. The mechanical movement is driven by cylinder and the temperature is independently controlled by PID. It is equipped with PLC for machine control and HMI for machine setup. Depending on the situation, the operator can choose to operate the machine in automatic mode or manual mode. HWH-500 series hot plate welders are widely used in automobile industry and home appliance industry.
Features/functions;
1) Joint plastic parts with hot plate, strong welding ability, high welding strength, good air tightness;
2) The machine controls the upper fixture, the lower fixture and the hot plate with independent cylinder to provide high precision control;
3) Machine motion is guided by linear guide rail and linear guide bar, and motion position is detected by sensor to provide high alignment accuracy;
4) Independent PID unit for upper hot plate and lower hot plate can achieve lower tolerance temperature control;
5) The vibration absorber is used as the machine motion stop to reduce the vibration of the machine during the operation;
6) The safety protection system is composed of light fence, safety door, E-stop, double start button, detection sensor and alarm system to protect the safe operation around.
