Functions and features

1. The machine frame and platform are made of aluminum profiles and aluminum plates, and the machine is flat and vertical.
2. The machine is driven by servo motor, the chain drives the tray to transport the mask, and the tray is positioned accurately. The machine uses plastic plate as the guide rail, so that the tray is more stable in the chain dragging process.
3. The machine plate is equipped with a positioning device to ensure the same position of the mask each time.
4. The machine adopts stainless steel wire as the mask pressing device to prevent the mask from running out of the plate during the conveying process.
5. The machine has a prepressing device in the mask welding station to prevent the mask from sticking to the welding head after welding.
6. The machine adopts two sets of ultrasonic system to complete the ear strap welding, to ensure the welding effect.
7. The machine has fine-tuning device around the earring, which makes the earring adjustable and the length consistent.
8. The mechanism of the machine around the ear belt is driven by the motor to increase the torque and prevent the displacement around the disk.
9. The machine adopts the motor conveyor ear belt, so that the length of the conveyor ear belt is consistent.
10. Machine ear belt cutting group adopts cylinder drive and scissors cutting, with simple structure and convenient maintenance.
11. The machine's discharging group adopts the motor to drive the PU strip clamping, cylinder feeding, so that the finished product discharging is neat.
12. The machine adopts stepless speed regulation, up to 35 pieces/min, the whole machine runs stably.
