• Two sealing rollers are used to seal the elastic belt on the non-woven material.
• A group of 20 kHz ultrasonic device to seal the elastic belt and cap ends
• Folding and cutting device to fold the material into the bouffant cap and cut into pieces.
• Machine capable of producing 18, 19 and 21, 22 inch bouffant cap.
• Different sizes of bouffant cap without changing the folding device.
• Optional features provide safety guards to prevent contact with moving parts during machine operation. Automatically stop when any protective device is not closed properly.
