HWH hot plate welding machine is mainly composed of frame, upper and lower substrate components, hot mold substrate, guide rail components, pneumatic components, electrical components.

Installation Instructions:

1. There shall be no less than 2 meters of space around the machine, and the machine shall be placed in the workshop with smooth and hard floor and good ventilation.
2. After the machine is installed, the screw of the machine foot should be put down so that the machine can be placed on the ground smoothly.
3. Power supply and air supply can be installed after the machine is installed. Open the electrical box to find a terminal bar with four terminals, connect the three-phase power supply and zero line safety mark on it, there is a grounding mark under the terminal bar, please connect a ground wire to the earth at this point.
4. Pay attention to the rotation direction of the vacuum pump when installing the three-phase power supply. If it is reversed, the phase sequence of the three-phase electricity needs to be replaced to make the motor turn forward.
5. It is recommended to use the three-phase four-wire leakage protection switch as the power switch.
