HWH-1020 hot plate machine is mainly composed of chassis, upper and lower mold assembly, advance and retreat hot mold assembly, mold assembly, lifting door assembly, pneumatic components and electrical components. The bottom frame is assembled by channel steel. The bottom plate sits horizontally on the plane of the bottom frame and is supported by four guide columns.The top plate moves up and down. The template is driven by a large cylinder to open and close, up and down, and the upper and lower fixtures are driven at the same time. The hot mold cylinder pushes the hot mold moving on the guide rail. Electrical control adopts programmable PLC and man-machine interface operation panel, etc., which realizes the automation control and humanized design of the machine.

Welding principle

 

The hot plate plastic welding machine uses an electric heating hot plate to melt the welding parts of the upper and lower work pieces respectively, and then press the upper and lower plastic parts together, and melt the upper and lower plastic parts together after curing.

Transmission mechanism

The HWH-1020 machine adopts man-machine interface and PLC control, and performs all actions through pneumatic components. After the air source passes through the air source triples on the top of the machine, it directly enters the air storage tank on the top of the machine, and then is distributed to the pneumatic components by the air storage tank.

 Functional description

  1. The three-axis is driven by cylinder, and the hot plate is driven by the back swing arm.

     2.PLC, HMI (7 inches) using Mitsubishi brand

  1. Pneumatic parts mainly adopt SMC brand. The brand of electrical plug is Winsten.
  2. Fast loading and unloading mold at the back end of the equipment. The top is equipped with air storage tank.
  3. Mold clamping cylinder control air circuit: 2 routes of the upper mold, 3 routes of the lower mold ; Vacuum circuit : 2 routes of upper mould, using vacuum pump.

    6, the middle mold reserved heat extraction function, with a vacuum generator.

    7, the upper and lower mold air plug automatic quick connection, with mold identification function (8 groups)

    8, 12 sets of temperature control, temperature control module PID control (up and down a total of 12 sets), each group of

        heating pipe equipped with current monitoring.

 

Application
